This All Over Print design is made with high-quality, 100% spun polyester that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling or flaking. It stays wrinkle free and soft to the hand forever, able to withstand summer festivals, late nights and world domination with style and grace.

We print our product using dye-sublimation, a technology that allows for us to produce these insanely vibrant all over designs. Due to this process, the product may contain smudges or irregularities along the seams or under the armpit of the sleeves or on the hoodie pocket. We cannot accept returns for this reason. Each item is a unique, 1 of-a-kind product, printed exclusively for the customer who ordered it.

Shipping Policy

Welcome to nicesnkpro, the official brand under A & N Shoe Service LLC. This comprehensive Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, costs, and other important details related to delivering your Nike shoes, jerseys, and other apparel within the United States. We value your time and strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders placed on nicesnkpro typically require 2-4 business days to process. Business days run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding weekends and major holidays.
Verification: All orders go through a verification process to confirm payment information and shipping address accuracy. Any issues with your order—such as incomplete address details—may cause delays in processing.
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Tip: To receive your items sooner, please make sure your shipping details and payment method are accurate when placing your order.

2. Shipping Methods

To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we partner with reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We choose the best shipping carrier based on factors such as destination, package weight, and delivery speed. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, please note that carrier delays may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery Window: Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Business Days: Delivery timelines are calculated using Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. Weekends and holidays are not included in standard shipping estimates.
Multiple Shipments: In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments if certain items are shipped from different warehouses. If that happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

4. Shipping Rates & Fees

Free Shipping: All orders over $199 qualify for free shipping throughout the United States.
Flat Shipping Rate: For orders under $199, a $7.99 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Automatic Calculation: Our system automatically calculates shipping costs and applies any promotions or discounts at checkout. You will see the final shipping fee (if applicable) before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

United States Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Certain carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us at contact@apparelzen.com for assistance.
Restricted Items: We currently specialize in Nike shoes and jerseys. If any product is restricted by law or carrier rules, it will not be available for shipment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package’s progress and anticipated delivery date.
Real-Time Updates: You can use the provided carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) for real-time shipping updates.
Contact Support: If you do not receive a tracking number or if tracking information appears incorrect, please email us at contact@apparelzen.com for further assistance.

7. Handling Charges

Order Handling: We take great care in packaging and preparing your items to minimize damage during transit.
Additional Handling Fees: In rare cases, large or bulky orders may incur additional handling fees. These fees will be clearly disclosed during checkout if they apply.

8. Sales Tax

Tax Rate: A 5% sales tax is applied to all orders, as required by local and federal regulations.
Automatic Calculation: Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

9. Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries: If you miss the initial delivery attempt, the carrier may leave a notice or re-attempt delivery. You can also arrange for pickup at a local carrier facility.
Incorrect Address: If the delivery is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
Weather & Unforeseen Events: Natural disasters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events may impact the carrier’s ability to deliver on time. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

10. Damaged or Lost Items

Inspection: Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you notice any damage or suspect your items are missing, document the issue with photos and contact us immediately at contact@apparelzen.com.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your building management first. If the package is still missing, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
Carrier Claims: We may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Replacements or refunds for lost or damaged packages will be processed once the claim is approved.
