Tip: To receive your items sooner, please make sure your shipping details and payment method are accurate when placing your order.

2. Shipping Methods

To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we partner with reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We choose the best shipping carrier based on factors such as destination, package weight, and delivery speed. Standard Delivery Window: Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Business Days: Delivery timelines are calculated using Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. Weekends and holidays are not included in standard shipping estimates.
Multiple Shipments: In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments if certain items are shipped from different warehouses. If that happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

4. Shipping Rates & Fees

Free Shipping: All orders over $199 qualify for free shipping throughout the United States.
Flat Shipping Rate: For orders under $199, a $7.99 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
